Raw Materials Sourcing – Guangzhou Hyland Toys recognizes Plato as the best raw material supplier in this specialized field. We prefer to source our raw materials from Plato unless a customer specifically prefers otherwise.

Packaging – despite our products being robust and hard wearing, we nevertheless attach great importance to product packaging. We use durable PVC bags and tags. Handles can be customized to your requirements on the packaging.
Warehousing – Prior to delivery, your products are warehoused in an orderly fashion inside a purpose built weather-proof secure warehouse. Our warehouse personnel monitor access to the warehouse and ensure it is an ideal environment for interim storage of your finished goods.
Pre-Delivery Inspection – All orders are carefully checked and matched against packing and inventory documentation. This ensures that your order is delivered on time and accurately as per your directions – whether locally or internationally.
After Sales Service - Delivery is not the final step in our co-operation with clients. We provide our clients with free installation guides and application instructions. Should a quality problem arise during the guarantee period, we promptly assume responsibility and ensure that our client is satisfied with any resolution.
