-Our high quality control
1, All our products are designed to be safe and very durable. The seams are double folded and sewn - and weighted points including corners, bouncing surfaces, and pillars are folded in four and sewn.
2, We recognise the importance of proper reinforcement of weighted points and use five to six stitches per inch (or five to six stitches per 2.5 cm).
3, Heavy duty PVC is used internally for draw strings to maintain the shape and maximise the durability of the inflatable.
4, Edges are hemmed inside with PVC tarpaulin to reduce the risk of an air leak and to avoid the need for more than one blower to be used.
5, Our inflatables come with a cover slip to reduce the rate of deflation in the event of a sudden power outage.
6, The deflate positions have a two directional zipper covered with a Velcro flap. These help you to deflate the product more quickly. All the zipper joints are reinforced, and above the zipper, there is a Velcro cover which helps to disperse stress on the zipper. We also include an internal PVC piece to protect the zipper.
7, Our inflatables have strong tie down systems and generally six or more anchor points. For some larger products, we instal additional anchor rings on the top and base of the product to increase stability.
8, We can supply a safe and durable safety net as an enclosure and it can be customized with a safety net on top. Safety rules are attached to our products to guide users in their enjoyment of our products.
9, For all slides, we design a buffer function to protect the players.
