2, Can you design one specially?
Yes, simply give us an outline of your requirements. We have a talented in-house design team who will provide you with 3D design for your and approval and confirmation before we commence production.
3, What about size and color?
We can customise our products to meet your requirements in terms of shape, size, color, logo printing style, etc.
4, What material do you use?
We have a large range of material and our preferred raw material suppliers are Plato and CJ. We normally use:
>1000D 0.55mm PVC,
>18oz PVC for inflatable games,
>8oz super flex material or PVC coated nylon for advertising inflatables,
>0.6mm/0.9mm PVC tarpaulin for sealed water games,
>0.5mm/0/6mm PVC tarpaulin for sealed tents.
We will suggest the right material for your product to meet your requirements.
5, Can you offer blowers?
We offer a range of CE/UL blowers for different applications with applicable power plugs.
To date we mainly use Huawei brand air blowers.

10, How many days from order to completed production?
7-10 days for small order, 15-25 days for a large order, depending upon current production volumes.
11, How about the packaging?
We pack inflatable games with carpet and then put the package in a tarpaulin bag so that the product will be protected during delivery process.
In order for you track your goods quickly, we will affix a marked paper with your order number.
12, What about Delivery?
Shipping can be arranged by sea, by air, or by express mail according to your requirements.
You are free to also use your own shipping agent.

16, How to visit our factory? required
To assist you to visit our factory in Guangzhou, we can help with hotel reservations, car transfers and interpreters as required.
17, How to Install and Setup Inflatables?
1).Ensure that the surface is even and smooth.
2).Position the product on a level ground area.
3).Lay out ground sheet in the area you have chosen for installation.
4).Open the package carefully and avoid using knives or blades.
5).Remove unit from storage bag spread it out completely.
6) Install ground stakes around the perimeter
7).Close zipper flaps on rear of unit to make sure it is closed and secure.
8).Connect blower to tube, making sure Velcro strap is firmly secure.
9).Ensure the blowers are connected to the specified power supply and voltage to avoid blower burn-out;
10).Blower systems require a 20 amp service.
11).Spread the units especially the column to help inflation.
12). Secure all tethers after the unit is fully inflated.
13) Do a safety check of blowers, slide & climb covers.
14) Do not operate in winds over 20mph.
18, How to maintain inflatable games?
1). Do not use inflatable products when temperatures exceed 80 degrees F.
2). Do not use inflatable products under rain
3). Please avoid walking on the inflatable products while wearing shoes
4). Keep sharp implements away from inflatable products.
5). Ensure the inflatable product is totally dry before storing. If necessary blow dry the product before storage on rainy or humid days.
6). Do not store the inflatable products while damp.
7). Products can be regularly cleaned using water.
8). For storage, please ensure inflatable products are packed in bags provided.
19, How to repair inflatable games?
1). Newly stitched threads need gluing firmly as children may rub them. If the sticking strip comes off, please glue it back on immediately. If a pinprick gets bigger, please glue it or it will cause an air leak and reduce rigidity.
2). If there are joint breakages after long use, please glue them promptly. When necessary, stitch the joint breakages first, then apply glue.
3). Required conditions for gluing are:
A. Low humidity; B. Temperature above 20 degrees.
Gluing method: A. Clean the sticking strip and the sticking surface. B. Apply the glue evenly and thinly. C. Put two together and squeeze when the glue becomes white.
